Workshop
For the creation of my pieces, I use several techniques :
- Working at the plate
- Working colombins
- Modeling
- and Turning.
I use 2 kind of clays :
- a fine red clay for glazed clay
- a white clay in stoneware, "chamottée" for raku (referring to the explanation)
I use a lot of materials in my work (PVC tubes, wooden mallets, etc. ...) as well as plants (sawdust, wood floats, vine branches ...).
Small series are produced for the art of the table. The colors are followed, the models are renewed. The nuances may vary from one piece to another. This is the result of a craft where everything is done entirely by hand. I make my colors (engobes stained with oxides or dyes).
