I create unique pieces by shooting, stamping, molding, working the plate from A to Z. My work is inspired by cultures and arts of Africa. I integrate in my creations effects from natural plants (leaves), shell (fingerprints) and old lace.
Each creation is a unique piece and becomes a piece of art. The raku firing remains a high point in the work because the randomness of this method of cooking provides moments of intense emotion.
